We were amongst their first clearing & forwarding agents in India.
Dealing with pallets and raw wood was a new sector for ARK. Their incoming and outgoing was done spontaneously. They used to send 5 tons of material in 9-ton vehicles. We moved them to 1109 type of vehicles, dropping their delivery cost substantially.
